Setting up an email account in Outlook 2003
This tutorial assumed you have set up your email account on the server.
Click "Tools" and then "E-mail Accounts...".

Select "Add a new e-mail account" and then click "Next >".

Select "POP3" and then click "Next >".
Input your information as below:
- "E-mail Address" and "Username": Full email address, such as any@yourdomain.com.
- "Password": Your account password.
- "Incoming mail server (POP3)" and "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)": mail.yourdomain.com.
- "Remember Password": Check this box.

Click "More Settings...' and then click "Outgoing Server" tab.
Check the box "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".

Click "Next >", then "OK" and the "Finish"
