Retrieve your H-Sphere account password

This tutorial assumed you have an active H-Sphere account and you have access to the account's contact email address.

1. Go to control panel login page.

2. Press "forgot password?" button.

   

3. Enter your H-Sphere login name and click "Get Password".

   

4. Wait 5-10 minutes

5. Check your mailbox
