Changing your current plans

This tutorial will show you how to upgrade or downgrade your current plan. Before upgrading, you need to make sure that you have enough credit. Before downgrading, you need to make sure that all features you are using are also supported by the new plan.

1. Log in to your H-Sphere account.

2. Click the "edit" icon that is next to your current plan name.

   

3. Select a new plan from the dropdown menu and click "Switch"

   

4. Click "Yes, I do want to change to the plan"

   

5. If successful, you will see the name of your plan changed (See top left corner.)
