Changing your billing period

This tutorial will show you how to change the billing period (cycle) of your current plan. If you are changing to a longer billing period, you need to make sure that you have enough credit.

1. Login to your H-Sphere control panel.

2. Click "edit" icon that is next to billing period.

   

3. Select the new billing period from the dropdown menu and click "Change".

   

4. Click "Yes, I do want to change to the billing period" if you agree to the charges.

   

5. If successful, you will see your billing period is changed (See top left corner).
