Redirect 404 Error to another page

This tutorial will show you how to redirect 404 Error (File Not Found) to another page. This tutorial also applies to other errors.

1. Log in to your control panel.

2. Click "Web Options" under "Main".

3. Click "edit" icon that is next to the domain or sub-domain you want to edit.
   *Skip this step if you have only 1 web site.

4. Scroll down and click "Add" icon that is next to "Error".

   

5. Select "404|Not Found" in the dropdown menu.

   

6. Enter the URL of the error document.
   *Relative path(i.e., not including "http://" and the domain.com) recommended.

7. Select "Redirect" and press "Submit" button.

8. If success, you will see this message "Error Doc 404 has been added successfully".
